I am retired and over my career I have moved and relocated many times and worked with many outstanding individuals in the real estate industry, but David stands out as unquestionably the best real estate person I have ever worked with. David was instrumental in my wife and I finding just the right home we were looking for and taking exceptional initiative to protect our interests through the process and even going above and beyond to help us after we closed. We are from the east coast, and just after the close we had to indefinitely delay our move because of the covid situation. David, without even being asked, offered to help us in any way needed. He has provided us so much assistance finding and setting up contractors and going out to give them access when needed. This included inspection repairs, security system installation, gardening, and irrigation system, to name just some of the many things. Even today with this continuing covid situation, he still regularly checks in on our home and helps when needed.
David always made us feel like we were his only/favorite clients, always responding to emails or texts within minutes, not hesitating to come in on a Sunday morning or any time to meet us.
