We saw at least 50 houses with David. He was always accommodating and patient. He knew what we wanted our next house to be and he made sure that we got close to our goal. We also made several offers that, for some reason or another, didn't work out and he was always there at he escrow office to answer questions. His extensive knowledge of construction and landscaping were critical and in some occasions, prevented us from making mistakes.
