I'm not eloquent with words but here is my best shot at speaking from the heart. First off I have nothing but positive things to say about Shannon. It only took one phone call to know that she was someone I could place my faith in to guide me through my first real home buying experience. About my actual home purchase she remained steady throughout. After the home inspection there were a couple repairs that I wanted addressed. She accepted the quest to bring the house to my liking and preformed flawlessly. She worked with the seller to manage all the repairs and then upon completion she walked through everything with me making sure that I was satisfied. Life has a way of delivering the unexpected. On our final walk through we discovered that the house had been broken into. Needless to say the act was appalling and the mess left behind was disgusting.
