On both occasions I was impressed with her knowledge - not only about the area and how to have a smooth transaction - but also things to ask and consider that I wouldn't have known. Everything from zoning, to easements, to "the rules" when your property backs national forest. When working with her I appreciate that she is a clear communicator. She is forthright, honest, and has integrity. I also appreciate the way she sets and manages expectations. She also has a good network of vendors to help with the transaction and also also after you move in and need recommendations (plumber, electrician, general contractor etc.).
