I had given up on selling my home after 6.5 years of it being listed for a short sale. I had a another realtor that never gave me updates and an extremely difficult bank. This year my husband and I decided to buy a house and stay in savannah now that he got a permanent position at gulfstream. We first went to apply for a loan through Navy Federal considering my husband was prior military and we had ours cars and credit cards with them and even with that we got denied for a loan. I cannot say enough great things about the Trisha Cook Team, especially Kirstan Fredrick. She was amazing. My husband and I have worked with many other realtors in the past and Kirstan is by far the best. She is thorough, knowledgeable, responsive and kind. Kirstan handled numerous issues with the seller on our behalf and I always felt that she did a great job in representing our interests. Also, someone from her team called me every week from when we put the offer in until closing to check in and see if I had any questions that was so reassuring and helpful. Plus, she is a local Homes for Heroes Affiliate, so we received a discount on our closing costs due to my husband's service. Just one more bonus on top of a wonderful experience.
