I am so thankful for the day I was searching through internet for real estate brokers as both my husband and I have been dissatisfied with people we have worked with for quiet a while for managing our rental properties. She rented 3912 Stargazer in less than two days. It was given to her on Wednesday and by Friday noon she called us with two applications for to decide upon and got it rented. By Saturday, the couple that rented the house moved in.
Linda's maintenance staff address issues right away. She contacts us to let us know what happened and what the recommendation for repair should be. Once we give Linda permission, she arranges that item to be repaired. Afterwards, her office staff provides us--the owner--an invoice upon completion and doesn't take two months to produce invoices, or property management status. They automatically send us a spreadsheet every quarter where with our previous agency we had to ask repeatedly to get anything accomplished and had to go see for ourselves that it was done--this task got old. Linda is the best and we plan to move all of the rest of our properties to her once renters vacate them from another agency because she gets the job done and doesn't make excuses as to why she can't rent a property that is in immaculate condition!
