Kathy Hmielewski is a person you can trust. I love that she admits to not knowing an answer to your question but she always has the answer within minutes. I hate it when people try to bluff there way through a conversation. That is not Kathy. She is honest to a point that allowed us to trust her almost immediately.
Kathy helped us negotiate a great price and followed through by physically being at the property while it was being inspected but the House Inspector, Bug Man and she was even poking the ground around the house helping the Septic Tank Inspector locate the septic tank.
Kathy was with Dan and I all the way through the process. She stayed in touch and was in our deal neck deep from start to finish even present for the Closing to assure all the bases were covered.
