Allison is fantastic. Patient, thoughtful, and deeply attuned to the individual needs of the client. She worked with us for 18 MONTHS (!!) to find us the right property in Occidental, CA, a tiny town in western Sonoma County where not many properties come on the market. Plus, our standards were high: it had to be the RIGHT property. As we looked at home after home, she remained patient and wise and focused. She often knew the seller's agent and could ask them questions (and get answers). That was really helpful in peeling back the layers of each listing. Allison always made us feel seen, heard, understood, supported and advocated for. As we rejected house after house, she never made us feel rushed, because of her deep commitment to what is right for the client. When we finally did find the right property, there were unique circumstances that required enormous patience and tact from Allison Her diplomatic skills, plus again her pre-existing relationship with the seller's agent, helped us make a pre-market offer, resulting in us getting the house before it went to market. Allison's intelligence, understanding and great sense of humor made the entire 18 month process a total pleasure when it could have been a slog.
