Alex is wonderful to work with. Alex is patient, knowledgeable, and relaxed - everything I wanted in an agent since I've been looking to buy in the North Tahoe area for almost three years. I came into the area when the real estate market was exploding with pandemic traffic so it's been quite the journey to finally land a place that I absolutely love and can see myself settling into for years to come. Throughout the years, Alex has shown me a large number of properties of all types both in CA and in NV but I really appreciate that Alex is not overly "sale-sy" as many of the agents can be. He's not pushy and he doesn't put unnecessary stress or pressure on an already overwhelming and intimidating experience. He also doesn't talk down to me, which I've experienced with other people in the industry. He also connected me with some really key people - local lender, inspections, and pest as needed when the time came. Alex became my one-in-all shop so that I didn't have to do additional research or work to locate all the other pieces of the home buying puzzle. All in all, I feel like I could trust Alex to have my best interest at heart when negotiating and offering on a property. But most importantly of all, I appreciate that Alex let me time the purchase on my own terms and when I felt ready. He's steadfast when he needs to be and really relaxed otherwise.

I highly recommend working with Alex if you are looking to buy or sell property in Truckee or the surrounding areas. Alex was such a pleasure to work with and really exceeded my expectations. This was not the easiest sale and Alex was so supportive and calm throughout the process. He was also responsive, knowledgeable and gave me great advice. We are not local residents so we really relied on him, even after closing. Alex met with vendors when we couldnt be there, took pictures for our insurance company and just went above and beyond.
