She went far beyond the expectations of her role. She was a participant from the first day we walked into our house that had been rented for 7 years. She collaborated with us on refurbishing, helped us find resources and stepped in for emergencies. The day before the first open house there was a swarm of japanese bettles eating the newly landscaped rose bed. She took a sample to a nursery, bought the correct spray and sprayed the roses herself!

There wasn't the tinest detail that she missed. She was proactive, personable and competent.

A few days before escrow was due to close, a important title document couldn't be found. They chased it down, got release documents, physically went to pick it up and delivered to escrow so it could the sale could close the next day.

I had been working with 2 real estate agents with the office being based out in Clovis. The main agent that I was paired with from Wells Fargo's suggestion was a gentleman that I only had conversations with over the phone and through text. He sent his counterpart agent to help me search for a home and never once met with me face to face.
