I met John at an open house on South Fitch Mountain Road in a cabin similar to my home. John knows the area intimately and he and Janice are involved in the community and understand the quirkiness of the river area.
This sale was fraught with difficulties after the house was red tagged due to flooding and needing septic system replacement. John and Janice were instrumental in getting the septic replaced starting from design, permitting and completion. The tag was not removed until August 5th so the sales period really started over from there.
