Working with Judy was such an amazing experience! My husband and I were first time homebuyers with zero knowledge about the home buying process. I googled realtors in Northborough with at least 20 years experience. I got 3 hits - two men and Judy. It was an easy decision who I wanted to call and talk to first, I wanted to speak with the woman! After speaking with Judy one the phone for the first time, I knew right away that she was the realtor for us. And I am SO GLAD we chose to work with her! When we first started looking we were told by a big bank that we would only qualify for an FHA loan with a high interest rate. Because of all these contacts, Judy was also able to identify a home for us that perfectly matched the description of what we were looking for BEFORE IT EVER GOT LISTED! Because Judy is so well known and has so many contacts in real estate, we got to see a home that no one else ever even got the opportunity to view. She was able to get us in to see the home within 3 weeks of us working with her and we immediately fell in love. We were able to purchase an unlisted home, without a bidding war and without stress! After we fell in love with the home and put our offer in, Judy was there every step of the way to walk us through the process, answer all of our questions at any time of the day or night, and helped us to feel completely comfortable and confident in this process. We closed recently and I truly couldnt feel more grateful to Judy. All I have ever heard from people is how stressful and agonizing the home buying process is, and that simply wasnt the case for us. With Judy, this process was almost ridiculously easy! And we wound up with our dream home in our dream location for an incredible price! I couldnt recommend Judy more, and if we ever need to go though any other home buying processes in the future she is without a doubt the only person I would want to work with.
