My elderly parents needed to move to another state and sell the house in Eureka they had built in 1968 and had lived in for almost 50 years. After an extensive selection process, we siblings concluded that hiring Victoria to sell the house was the best decision, based on our sense of her extensive market and industry knowledge, experience and overall professionalism. We were not disappointed. She provided excellent guidance regarding a somewhat complex situation, which included among other things certain upgrades/repairs to the house and boundary line issues with an adjacent vacant lot that ultimately was included in the sale. All while her clients were all out-of-state.
We felt like she was caring and attentive to the transaction and our needs as out-of-town clients, and also proved to be a sharp and experience business person. I believe she maximized value for her clients while being fair to all parties and remaining pleasant to work with through a long and sometimes difficult process. I would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to my friends.
