She knows the local Idyllwild market and other local realtors and is experienced with all the procedures and 3rd parties that get involved in a real estate transaction. She helped me sell a property that had been in the family since 1968, and I believe we received the best possible price. Communication was excellent, and I think some negotiations that were delicate were handled perfectly. I would use Tiffany again for any future sale or purchase in Idyllwild.
