Matt and Deonna really were incredible through the entire process. It is much appreciated all the fast responsiveness throughout the process got us to where we got an offer on the first day that it was listed. We had an agreed to offer on the second day. Matt was insightful when he came over and gave us the market analysis. We did not need to shop around, sometimes you just know when you are dealing with a competent professional and he got us in at a price point that met our objective to sell the house quickly but still get close to the price we wanted. We could have potentially waited it out for other offers and may or may not have gotten more but we are appreciative to have been able to get to closing so quickly. Just for some perspective, I had called Matt on September 27th and the house was closed on December 8th. We also had to "slow down" Matt as we were not ready to have the pictures taken for a few weeks, so we could have sold it faster if the house was ready for showing. Despite the COVID year, and being after the school year started, we were able to liquidate our house at a good price point, and an excellent price point considering we needed to get to close ASAP.
