We bought a house from Shelly in Clayton in 2022. They flipped the house and did the remodeling including the floor. At first viewing, everything looked good. But now, 1 year later, we are experiencing the entire floor creaking (not just in one or two places but more than half the house).

We sought advice from multiple Flooring companies and they all said that the Flooring was done by someone who was inexperienced and did not know what they were doing. We now have to change the entire flooring just 1 year after buying this property.

I would advise high caution when working with her and her team as they don't do a professional job. From what we've experienced, they make haphazard quick fixes to sell a property as soon as they can with no regard for durability or quality.

So knowledgeable caring shelly made me feel as if i were her only client..nothing she wouldn't do for me ! we are friends for life especially during COVID-19. Shelly is bubbly confident experienced and she has her clients back a complete blessing and package i don't give out 5 stars often but shelly deserves double that!
