From a buyer's perspective...The most disingenuous realtor I have dealt with in over 30 real estate transactions. This company did not follow through on repairs that were supposed to be corrected prior to closing and refused to take responsibility when called on it. Her home inspector called out a gas leak and we asked for it to be fixed prior to closing. We were assured it had been taken care of only to find out three weeks after closing that the leak had not been fixed. 2021
