I live out-of-state and June was able to manage the showing and assisted with repairs & remodeling of our rented/vacation home. She also provide great marketing and continued with great communication weekly with the process. She answers your text and phone calls immediately. I used another agent prior to June and the property was not able to be sold. June made it happened.

When I made my decision to have June Daniel list my house, she not only ran the market comps, she personally went and did a walk thru on the comps. Throughout the process she was amazing! She was ALWAYS there when I had questions. She was extremely thorough and professional. She not only posted my listing in the local MLS, but ran ads on FB, and other media.
