Abraham is an expert in his field. Not only does he know real estate, he knows how to sell a house and what needs to get done to sell it. All of his suggestions come with years of experience. I had two other agents try to sell my mothers house for a year and a half. After hiring Mr. Prattella he sold the house in ten weeks after making the changes he suggested. He sold my mothers house, my sisters house and my house. He listens and explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel comfortable.
Abraham Prattella recently found a wonderful home for my mother during Covid who is in her 70s but was living by herself too far away and kept falling. Somehow he lined up 12 different options on a Saturday in July (and a couple of follow-ups while we waited for our offer to be accepted), and found her the most wonderful home only 5 minutes away from us. He was great in coaching us through the offer and escrow periods, even thoughtfully following up with options for gardeners, security and other services upon closing. Best of all was how he treated my mother as if she were his mother and talked her through the process. We (including our extended family) will definitely be using him again!
