Carlos Cabrera kept in touch with me for years, offering me information and help if I ever thought about selling my property. When I decided to sell this property, I interviewed Carlos and 2 other agents, and told them what my objectives were. Carlos understood how I wanted to handle the sale, and verified that what I wanted to do was possible, given the nature of the local market. The other 2 agents suggested that I needed to do a lot of work to the home in order to maximize my proceeds from the sale.

Carlos was right on the money with his assessment of the market, and the pricing of the house. The only work I did on the house were a few minor things I thought were necessary.
