She makes sure to walk through your home several days before listing to help it look its best for photos and appointments. We thought we had our house ready to show until that appointment. Within 15 minutes, she had given us a laundry list of things to put away, issues to fix, paint, among other things. She has a quick instinct to find issues that will catch a buyers' eye, and how to get ahead of it. We followed her recommendations and as a result, our home shined, which was further confirmed by the multiple offers we received the first weekend.
