Edith fiddler a wonderful job with sale of our home on Paradise Ln . She has Contractors that work with her so she got the people out there to do the work . We sold our home in about 3 weeks . We lived in a fire sone but we sold our home in about 4 weeks . We also bought our next home with her and Vicky Baucum and Vicky did a great job getting our new home . Hi, First off, I have to say this is my 4th time (personally) using Edith (both in buying AND selling). There is a reason my family and I steadily use her, she is the best! We took a rental that was completely destroyed (I took possession) on 11/25/20 and we closed with a full price offer AFTER a full remodel on 3/22 (during Covid even).
