I could not have asked for a better experience than I had with Jeff Childers. I knew I number of realtors from renting our beach house over the years, and of all the realtors I knew, I immediately selected Jeff when it came time to sell. He was everything I would want a realtor to be--competent, knowledegable, accessible, responsive, and helpful above and beyond, doing whatever he could do to facilitate the process. This was especially valuable as I was a long-distance owner. He was exactly on point for the negotiating process, giving my husband and I suggestions and information when we asked, but not crowding us to make a decision that we would regret. Our house sold quickly at a good price and the process went smoothly. I would use Jeff again in a heartbeat, and would recommend him unequivocally.
