I would say my property/house was unique in some aspects so the conventional way to determine value would not work in our favor. Pam understood my thoughts and we agreed on a price much higher than the comp calculation. The sales promotion sheet Pam put together along with pictures created incredible interest and showings and led to a rather quick acceptable offer way above the "comp" estimate.
