After showing me the property she called me back same day with local comps and information on comparative properties, even though I did not ask her to do this, so that I felt comfortable with my offer. All correspondence was quick and even though we are out of state she made it go seamlessly.

This was my sixth real estate transaction. I have negotiated with more brokers than I can remember. Tahra is, by a good margin, the most professional real estate broker I have worked with. I met Tahra about three years ago looking at this house. I didn't end up closing on it at that time, but did go through the offer process with her. Never once did she fail to get back to me or not follow through on anything. So when listing this house I never questioned who I would be listing it with. The process of selling this house was exactly the same. There was one time that I tried to reach her by phone and didn't get an immediate response. I truly thought something bad had happened because she had always gotten back to me quickly. I called her office only to find out that she was on vacation and had no phone service. She called immediately after receiving my message. We both had to laugh because I was certain that the only way she wouldn't have responded would have been because she was hurt or ill.
