I'm really sorry I'm not a person to do reviews because I would've recommended Linda the first time around in 2020. Linda Holland is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever known. Let me start with the fact that my parents owned a property management, investment, and real estate company for over twenty years, so I've known a few. I first met Linda in 2017 when my mother was retiring to New Bern. It was the summer before her move, and Linda drove Mother around town for several hours. She was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable about the area even though she knew Mother wasn't buying for a year. Fast forward to 2019. My house had flooded in Florence, and I was getting ready to sell. After the flood, I spent 18 months having the house repaired. That whole time Linda gave me advice and recommended contractors. Finally, we put the house on the market in 2020, and Linda sold it in one month! I've been commuting between New Bern and Georgia for a few years now because I love my job. My mother and I decided to relocate back to New Bern, so we immediately contacted Linda. She got Mother into a house in less than a month (remember how hellacious the current market is). Linda and I started looking in January, and I am now happily in the house I didn't know I wanted so much. Linda is what I call a Lady Pit Bull. I mean this in the VERY best way. She is proactive in finding out what it is a client wants. She is smart as a whip. She is extremely knowledgeable about our area and the market. She knows the other people in the industry. She can recommend contractors and even lenders and insurance, when asked. Linda also knows exactly what to ask for in negotiation. The best part about Linda is that when you walk into a house with her, she points out everything that needs work or could be a problem. She was also good about asking whether I really wanted something or I was simply being desperate. If you choose Linda, you are getting a top quality professional. Linda is knowledgeable about New Bern, the real estate market and the ins and outs of buying and selling. The thing I like most is that she had my best interest at heart. Although I know she had many many more clients I felt like she took the time to talk to me, work with me, and give me her time as needed. In other words, I got 1 to 1 professional advice and service.

Linda is an amazing realtor. I watched her work her magic recently when she sold my house against all odds.... (A laundry list of home inspection checkpoints). We needed a licensed General contractor, licensed electrician, licensed plumber, Window guy, HVAC, roofer, which was virtually impossible to get 6 months after a major hurricane and worked closely together to complete the work in 3 weeks and close on time!!! I needed Locensed general contractors, roofers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, Window guys, and others Im sure I didnt mention-a 40 point home inspection checklist to be done- and a time limit of 3 weeks After a major hurricane to say the least!!! Linda Holland is about the best realtor in the business. She is tough and has a way of getting things done at crunch time! I love that when I was extremely concerned about a possible leak in the master closet ~~ Linda made the sellers plumber open up the ceiling to Make sure everything was fine. She said she just wasnt satisfied with the answers she was getting!!!! I was a realtor in NJ for many years~ I know the business ~ I wouldnt use anyone but THE BEST!
