Having seen over 40 houses this year, Barbara was hands down the most unfriendly realtor weve met to date. During open houses we tend to check every nook and cranny considering you cannot purchase a house without waiving inspection in this market us and our broker were greeted with What are you, an inspector or somethin? in a shrewd and condescending tone. Awful first impression. We then went upstairs and looked into the massive crawl spaces in the home, which she followed us and said Did you put back the stuff you moved? If she meant the multiple rat traps, then no, we didnt. Again, rude and off putting. For someone who would potentially make commission on the sale of this home, Barbara did not try to be friendly or welcoming, and frankly is an awful presence to have in an open home representing the sellers.
