Karen has been my agent on two previous properties, one sold in 2016 and one purchased in 2020. The sale of our home in Cloverdale was our most recent experience with Karen. I think we are settled now for a long time, but if I had another real estate transaction I would definitely use Karen's services again.

She is personable, and I know I can talk to her directly without any hesitation. She calmed my worries, and let me know what might be helpful and what was not necessary in preparing our home for sale. I knew she would also "give it to me straight" if there was information I needed. She was always responsive and really took a human interest in our transactions. I will miss our frequent communications but I am happy to have a new owner in our home who is happy with her purchase. It's another win - win - win transaction. Thank you, Karen!
