A death in the family made it necessary to sell a home to settle debts in the estate. Given the pandemic, we had no idea how the market was reacting and or what obstacles we would face in the process. We interviewed three realtors and there was no contest. We met with Julie and Mark (all masked and sitting outside) at the home. We explained that we were willing to invest in updating the home that was purchased new in the 60s. While there had been some updating the house was woefully out of date. Julie and Mark took copious notes and followed up immediately with a list of recommendations that would deliver the highest ROI, along with a proposed timeline and the process. She has this many 5 star ratings for a VERY good reason....as is shown below: n nMy situation was unique and probably the worst possible scenario for a realtor: I was selling my home while living in Detroit that had tenants renting it that are my closest friends. This meant that the tenants would have a 60 day notice to vacate (which turned into 92 days) and on top of that, the tenants later wanted to buy my place for $500k (Don't worry, they found their dream home for the same price brand new and double the size in Seattle and this was in part to Julie's unique insight on the issue). The process of selling started in March and ended in October (all caused by myself). Julie and her team handled every issue and situation perfectly and with a professionalism that's unprecedented.
