Amy Harbeck had sent us a postcard featuring a house she had sold in our neighborhood, and we were impressed by how much the house sold for. This prompted us to call Amy to find out what we could expect if we listed our house for sale. Amy got back to us immediately. We met with her that Saturday and signed the listing papers the next day. Amy discussed with us how to price our property and what we needed to do to stage it for showing. She brought a photographer in on Thursday. The listing went live on Saturday with beautiful photos for MLS and the public to see. There was an open house on Sunday, before which Amy came to set up. By Tuesday we had multiple offers and a bidding war. We accepted the best offer on Wednesday.
