I was referred to Jim by someone I'd worked with at Compass Mortgage (Gus Holland) on mortgage re-fi's. My first need was for an experienced realtor to give me recommendations on what I should do to prepare my house for sale, ie what would have the biggest impact on sale price. Jim did that for me and then stuck with me for over a year, knowing it might be awhile before I would be able to finally put the house on the market. His recommendations for house-prep-projects were spot on, as were his list pricing, timing for listing it, and negotiation skills with our final buyer. Jim also helped me with referrals to others to do house prep projects and a referral to good real estate attorney (Mary Kirby). He also assisted me in evaluating options for my next place to live.

It was a tough decision to sell my house but hiring James Kramer made the process much easier.
