Josh was terrific to work with on the sale of our home in Solon. The other members of the Young Team (Emily, Cara, and Michelle) were tremendously helpful to us throughout the process. My wife and I started looking into buying our first home in early 2019. With the Covid restrictions inplace and long distance selling a home is a challenge in itself. Yes it took time but lot of viewing and as it is every buyer is always skeptical. This is a first class realtor who keeps you informed throughout the whole selling process. From meeting Josh and talking about the sales/marketing process to the ladies on the back end to keep you in the loop almost daily. It does not get better or easier than this. We especially loved the photographer who's pictures really captured the best photos for our home. And, you can choose to use a 3-D virtual tour which is incredible. Our home was viewed by a couple moving from out of state. They were able to be in our home, using the 3-D Vitual Tour, while living in Florida. I just wanted to say I bought my first home in May of 2018. However, as excited as I was for my family and I to have a place to call home, that has slowly been falling apart. For anyone using this company please oh please make sure that they DO NOT use dual representation! I was rushed my whole process and ended up getting the short end of the stick. Scottie Macwhinnie and Ryan Young convinced my fiance and I to pay for the asking price for the house. We didn't want to lose the opportunity to own our own home and sadly, we were on a time limit as far as finding another house. Our lease was up and we were both returning to school within a matter of a couple months. We just didnt have the time considering it took us almost four months to close on our home. We are facing so many of the problems that I clearly stated that I didn't want to go through!!! For one, to repair our foundation as well as the water problems in our basement "$20,000"!!! This price doesn't include the fact that "our realtor" said that we were going to lose the house and Scottie had me write about us asking for the few things to get done such as grounded outlets and the chimney to be corrected. That was the only things he said we should ask for without asking for too much. On top of that he told us that buying a home comes with the territory that things will have to get fixed. After buying our home and slowly going through everything is when I really had to sit back and realize that they weren't representing us at all! They dual represented us and of course they capitalize on the properties that they sell. So when you put two and two together, they represented the sellers over representing us. I feel so unfairly represented. I am still in school and have only owned our home for a year. Never should I have to be investing over $30,000 just to keep it a float. Shame on you Young Team for taking advantage of us knowing we were young and buying our first home. I would never recommend yall to anyone for doing something like that and taking advantage!!!
