When we make such a decision, we want to make sure that we have guidance and support from an informed, experienced, hardworking, and collaborative realtor who listens carefully to the customer's needs. nMy family and I found such person. To us, the most qualified realtor was, and continues to be Brysen Schumacher. We met Brysen through a recommendation. We were in the process of purchasing a home and had a bad experience with a previous realtor. nSo we decided to work with Brysen. Brysen was the right realtor to help us find our new home. First and foremost, Brysen had a positive attitude, proved to be an excellent listener, and worked hard to minimize the time consuming house search for us. Using the criteria we gave him, he did a lot of research and leg work before presenting potential homes for us to look at. Because of this, he saved us a lot of precious time and focused on what we really wanted in a home. Needless to say, the home buying experience we had was pleasant. The paperwork was done conveniently and on a timely manner. We appreciated Brysen's diligence in making things happen and completing required paperwork, with minimal issues between the seller and us. It was a good experience. nEight years later, we were in the position of selling and buying a home again. Without hesitation, we called Brysen again, because we knew he was the right person to handle our house selling and buying needs. nOnce again, for both transactions, he proved to be the right person. When selling the home, he took care of everything, from setting up work with the gardeners, electricians, carpenters, and even the stager. He accomplished the preparation of the selling with minimal disruptions of our time. He consulted with us as needed while making sound recommendations on how to proceed effectively. Understanding our desires, he handled all of the negotiations and transactions with the buyer well.

Bryce helped purchase our first home. He is an amazing person who is patient, professional,knowledgable. He doesn't sugar coat things and tells you things as they are( Example state of the property, what to expect in the future and things like that.) He also did a good job negotiating a deal for us. He will be a valuable team player for anyone looking to buy a home.
