He knew how to provide reasonable offers as well as how to sweeten them for homes we were interested in. In the end, the first home we knew we wanted to put in a strong offer for, he knew exactly what was needed to make it work, and we are now living in that home, which is better than what we expected to get when we started looking and, miraculously, at the lower end of the budget we had set for buying.
I would describe the way Bobby works as a realtor as that of opportunity provider. That is, he does not push you into buying or putting offers in on a home, and in no way does he ever pressure. Instead, he provides listings matching the desired criteria, is always available to attend viewings, continues to search for different places as your criteria change (our list of wants and needs changed as we viewed homes, and he was quick to provide new listing and schedule new viewings as they did), writes offers with the strength according to the level of interest, smooths over all issues between initial offer and closing. He works continuously to make sure you have the opportunity to find and buy the place you want, from start to finish.

Meeting Bobby was a pleasure. We were connected with Bobby through Veteran's United. Before we met, we provided him with a list of properties and what we were looking for in a home. Bobby met us outside of the first house we were going to look at. He was familiar with the area, and immediately could tell what we both liked and what we didn't like. Bobby took some houses off of our list that we initially wanted to view because he knew that we would not be interested in either the location or the style of house. There was one house that we walked in to and Bobby immediately saw that my wife was not happy, and we left the property immediately. Bobby knew that we wanted washer and dryer hookups on the property.
