Shari was willing to meet with us twice over a weekend. We decided to put a bid on a house, when she came to our house to drawn up an offer she heard there would be a possible offered the next day. She directed us on a offer that would be competitive, if we really wanted the house, and our best approach to get it. We followed her advice and one day later the owner accepted our offer.
