Our household has worked with Marianne over the years, and in just the past year she has helped us sell the house we occupied for thirty five years, and to buy the townhouse of our dreams. Marianne first helped our youngest daughter buy an old farmhouse in Newtown, and since our daughter was out of town, I had the pleasure of watching Marianne do her magic with such tasks as securing a contractor to pull an old 1,000 gallon oil tank out of the ground, and hiring inspectors who knew what to look for in a house that had bones over two hundred years old.
