Kimberly is awesome! Once we made the decision to move cross-country from PA to CA to be closer to our children and grandchildren, the search was on to find the best realtor in the Temecula Valley. We needed someone we trusted implicitly to find our dream home, to such an extent that we would feel comfortable making an offer before seeing the home! I spent a lot of time researching Temecula area realtors and it soon became apparent that Kimberly was the clear top choice.
My criteria was to find someone: who lives in the area and knows it intimately; has years of experience in real estate; is knowledgeable about home and pool construction and is willing to call out both flaws and features (note: my husband is an extremely detail-oriented engineer need I say more?); can walk a buyer through the entire process, taking calls or texts with questions well outside of normal business hours (given our time difference); is supported by a strong team; is patient, engaged and truly connected with us on our mission to not settle for good enough.
Kimberly is all this and MORE! She was amazing from start to finish. She is the most knowledgeable, responsive and reliable real estate agent we have ever dealt with. She took the worry out of our cross-country search with her patience, good nature, and extraordinary competence. We learned quickly that she is trustworthy and honest, and able to grasp preferences and translate them into the homes she shows. We were coming from a home we loved, and had many requirements to match it. Kimberlys positive, proactive approach reassured us that we would find our perfect new home.
I first contacted Kimberly in the beginning of June and a week later, we flew out to start the search of available homes. Coming from Pennsylvania, we gained valuable insight into the housing market in and around Temecula through Kimberlys attention to, and matching of, our preferences. That trip turned up a good possibility that we ultimately declined after the first volley. Kimberly was fully supportive of our decision and she kept our spirits high. She was, and still is, 100% about serving our needs, not simply selling us a house.
By the time we flew back to PA, we had total confidence in Kimberly to find us the perfect home that satisfied our demanding criteria. She kept in regular contact, apprising us of potential homes as they came on the market. In less than two months, she found and walked us through a newly listed (few hours old) home using FaceTime, and we wrote an offer that day. We were under contract the next day, an hour before a Sunday open house that produced several other seriously interested parties. My husband flew out Monday to see the home for the first time in person. Kimberly had already lined up inspections while he was there, and she worked through every detail that enabled us to settle within three weeks!

As anyone who has ever done it knows, buying a house is hard. Well, try doing it from 2,000 miles away with a semi-distressed property to boot. None of it was a problem for Kimberly, as she deftly guided us through a myriad of issues, explained the nuances of California real estate and provided clear explanations for all of the unavoidable paper storm.
We learned of Kimberly through some friends and found out quickly why they recommended her. She indicated she considered herself as a full service realtor, but we had no idea what that meant until we were in the middle of, what could have been a difficult transaction.
Communication was clear, constant, honest and always positive. As the property needed some work, she guided us through the inspection process, recommended additional due diligence and even shared potential contractor contacts and other resources that could assist. After the sale she remained in contact, providing assistance where she could.
We have often been sensitive to glowing recommendations, as oftentimes they seem to be too unrealistic. Our remarks, however, accurately describe Kimberly and her work. This was our first time moving in 40 yrs. We had bought the house brand new, raised our three kids. Decided to move to Tennessee. Kimberly helped us with ideas with home improvements. She even had connections to contractors that could do the improvements if we needed someone. She also gave us reassurance when we thought the buyer may cancel.
