When I researched to find a realtor to assist me with the selling of my mothers properties in the trust she had setup I was surprised on most interviewed were the same. As a seller: the Elite team's listing process etc. got us 2 full ask offers within 24 hours of listing our old house. Along with back up offers in case a deal would fall through (which it did not). During this process, the house that we were selling had a small amount of water in the basement due to the record snow/rain/flooding in 2019 (all while my family and I were out of state). Mary and her team personally managed the inspection, repair work, and how it fit into the pending sale, in order to still ensure the smoothest transition.
As a buyer contigent on a home sale: The Elite team was quick to respond on a the small number of issues/fixes with our soon-to-be-home, and continued to assist with questions as more came up even after we had closed and moved in. While searching for a house in Eau Claire, I was living and working out of Madison so it wasn't really feasible to looked at all the properties that I was interested in. Mary made the whole search a lot easier. Relying a lot on her input and direction, I was able to find the perfect house with little trips to Eau Claire even in the crazy market at the time. This was mostly due to her fast responses to all my inquires and ability to get edocs out to me on quick turn-around time. To say I recommend Mary and her whole team is an understatement. 2018
