I will work with Renee on all my real estate needs. She always answered my calls and all of my questions. Her advice was spot-on! She sold my home for more than asking price in less than a week. Renee is competent and kind, in short - the type of Realtor you hope to have.
We worked with Renee in Summer 2020 with the intention of buying a house closer to our daughter. Renee was efficient in showing us homes that fit our needs and budget. She was perfectly on target in advising us of what our bid needed to be to win the home we chose. Unfortunately, the deal fell through on our end. Renee was the consummate professional in dealing with this awkward situation with both the disappointed seller and with us.
Renee did not give up on us and in Spring 2021 she suggested it was in our best to sell the home we'd lived in for more than 20 years because of the red-hot real estate market. She came into our home and told us exactly what we needed to do to get top dollar for our home. She posted the listing on a Friday afternoon and closed the multiple bids the following Monday afternoon. She walked us through each offer, fairly explaining the pros and cons of each. It was 34 days from the day we accepted a bid until the day we closed on the sale at a price that was more than $10,000 than our asking price.
We highly recommend Renee if you want to work with a professional who exceeds expectations on both the buying and selling sides of the business.
