Jeff was simply amazing and hands down would recommend him to anyone. When we first decided to sell our home we contemplated using Opendoor as it seemed so simple, especially since we were moving out of state. We are glade we did not go that way. Jeff sat down with us determined the best price for our home, gave us a well thought out plan of how best to market our house and he hit the ground running with his team of people. Even though for the majority of the process we were out of state, Jeff made it simple and was one of the easiest things we have done. He was always there for us if we had questions and he kept us updated even without us asking. Jeff helped me sell my condo and even though it was not worth a great deal of money, he worked as hard as one would expect a realtor to work on a million dollar property. He had to deal with a difficult and demanding buyer in addition to some title issues on the title that would have caused most realtors fits. Due to complications entirely on our side, what should have been a 2 month real estate transaction turned in to more like 6 or 7 months before we could get everything on our end straightened out with the note on my Mom's house.
