Dawn Meyers has been THE most helpful realtor I've ever worked with in my life. Ever. She was always professional, yet extremely polite and friendly, and never had late paperwork or missing files that had to be found. The title company she used made the mistake of being late on a piece of paper and it NEVER happened again. Never. n nIt was a complicated sale with the buyers in four different states, and one was getting ready to fly out of country where they could not be reached. She always kept me in the loop, let me know exactly where we stood, made phone calls just to let me know that everything was OK and on track, and returned phone calls promptly, often within the hour. n nThe property was desirable, and while Dawn kept me in the loop, she didn't bother with with every little detail I heard from her only when there were important decisions to be made, and I took her advice without question at every turn. I feel that we got the absolutely best deal that could have been made and would recommend her to everyone I know like I said, I've NEVER worked with a realtor who was so honest and open, and kept what was to me some arcane shuffle of paperwork and signatures, as clear as I could understand, and never ONCE failed to make sure I understood what the process was, what was expected of me, and what was NOT expected of me. n nI was a college professor and made my living giving grades, I gave few A's each semester, and she earned one of the highest A's a student could ever earn.
