The first time we met he came over with a market analysis that had a lot of good information that he used to determine the true value of my home. Following his advise I got double what I paid for the place he is knowledgeable and has many contacts to get stuff done if the need arises. For instance the buyers needed to have a permanent foundation for there financing and David knew who to call and within a few weeks it was done. He even offered to bring over his work truck that had a hydraulic lift gate on the back to help me load a heavy tool box onto my truck that I needed to move to my new job. We ran into a few problems the closer we got to closing but David came through for us and took care of everything. If your looking to buy or sell I highly recommend him you wont be disappointed.
My top compliment to Dave is his perseverance! I started looking for a property with "trees and water" 3 years ago. He responded to one of my queries and since that time spent an amazing amount of time and effort including driving me around the lake on his boat to make sure we got exactly what we wanted!
