We had 2 big tasks on our hands; finding a new house and selling our current home. That's where Elizabeth Padgett came in. We had a specific list of things we needed our new home to provide for us. This was a horrible experience as I was out of the country and being forced to sell my home when tenants failed to pay rent I was emotional and my stress level was at a maximum level and Elizabeth, who is a personal friend, was able to maintain professionalism and keep herself detached from my personal pain to keep me focused on the things I needed to do to keep my home out of foreclosure or being forced to do a short sale.
