Disappointed in San Jose, a seller from San Jose, CA We worked with Dan only. He was unexperienced with what the list price should be with our home as he hadn't done the research for our area. He also mislead into adding items to the sale of our home we didn't want included. Please, please read every line of any contract that he wants you to sign. Do not trust him. He agreed to reimburse us for the added items and then never paid. Other relators we dealt with were not happy with their interactions with him also. A disappointing experience.
