If you were looking for a hotel and could choose between a 1 and 5 star, wouldn't you pick the 5 star? The same comes to working with a real estate agent, why not pick a 5 star agent if you can?? Holly Ritchie is hands down a 5 star agent!! Holly and her team helped me last year when I was looking for a condo. They are so good that it took them a half hour to show me one that she had just listed that morning and then make an offer.
