Honest and up front with her assessments of the area and pricing of the property that showed when our house soled in 3 days. I would recommend Dawn to anyone and would clearly request her to sell my home again.

One star because I could not give ZERO

RUN, do not walk away from Dawn Tunison and Century 21 Golden Post in Middlesex. My husband and I felt that we were not represented or protected by our agent at all. We were presented and accepted an offer with a conventional loan. 2-3 weeks into the process during the appraisal(when buyer's agent, Ron Piergaro, was present) twice I heard the appraiser use the term "FHA" As soon as they left I texted Dawn regarding this and wanted an answer as to why this appraisal was for an FHA loan when we clearly accepted a conventional loan offer. She avoided answering me for more than 24 hours when I had to contact my attorney. The buyer's agent is an agent in her office and he clearly knew what was going on and quick call or text would have settled the issue. No one would answer me or my attorney for more than 24 hours. Were the buyers applying for an FHA loan without my consent or not? Answer: YES they tried to switch loan types without consent or an addendum to the contract. How does this happen? Where was my agent? Why was she not following this process? After this issue was settled and we continued on with the process, 4 days before the closing...FOUR DAYS, buyers attorney sends an addendum to the contract. Buyers shorted second deposit and lender would not close without an addendum. Again...where was agent? How does this happen? Who knew this happened? Buyers agent, buyers attorney, my agent? Total unprofessionalism all the way around. I felt it was my job to do her job. My house sold itself in one day and the realtors walked away with a big commission check and we felt we had to do all the follow up. I would never, ever recommend Dawn or Century 21 Golden Post.
