I tried to buy my 1st home through Larry a few months ago. Everything seemed good at 1st and he was helpful. We signed a contract stating that I would close on this home at the time of possession. Larry then tried to get me to sign an addendum to get me to get possession 2.5 months after closing without explaining to me that I am financially responsible for things like mortgage, property taxes ect. I did not sign this adenium with the advice from a real estate attorney. Larry tried every trick in the book to get me to sign. He was dishonest, gave me false advice, and tried to down play all the things that my attorney was telling me. I would not recommend using him under any circumstances because he will intentionally give you incorrect advice and then will lie to you about the terms of the contract
