Choosing Hart Real Estate was by far, the best decision I could have made! I moved the the Gallatin Valley from Colorado and purchased my first home. Relocating and being a first time home buyer was intimidating to say the least. Moving from Georgia to Montana is a big move, especially with short time constraints. We started talking to Tim Hart, cause despite our financial situation, we saw that the market wasn't going to get any better than it is now, and we didn't want to be in the state of constantly playing catch up. When we decided to buy a home in Montana, we first needed to select a realtor that would help us realize our dreams long distance. After a couple of conversations with other realtors, we selected Tim Hart based on testimonials that we read online. When it came time to make an offer, Tim looked at market comps and told us that the house we wanted was overpriced and that we should make a lower offer what realtor does that he basically sacrificed commission for us that alone, should convince everyone to use the services of Hart Realty. When I was stressed about the purchase in the middle of the night and needed to see the house one more time, Tim went out of his way to get us back in. My husband and I were looking to buy a house that our daughter could live in while attending college at Montana State University.
