My wife and I just closed on a house in which Travis was our agent and I must say all went smoothly. Travis was extremely available and responsive to our questions throughout the entire process and addressed all of our concerns. Despite him already having an overseas vacation planned months that coincided with our escrow, he made sure to check in with us everyday and handled any issues we had to take care of regardless of the huge 16 hour time difference. I can tell you even when certain things had to get done on a tight deadline he always remained calm and rational.
