1. Very Helpful - As a seller, I wanted an experienced agent who can break things down and explain what is good, reasonable, and expected in today's market place.
2. Responsive - Every time there is a need to get answers or to ask a question, a quick email or phone call was a welcome site. I was kept abreast of what was happening. Communication was excellent.
3. Friendly - You always can tell on the phone if someone is happy and smiling. She had a positive attitude.
4. Knowledgeable - With the market being highly competitive and some of the real estate agents and investors acting like starving sharks, it was a good feeling that I had experience agents especially during negotiation times.
5. Professional - She and her husband kept the entire process ethical and showed a lot of salesmanship while keeping it honest.
